+ How long does a Brazilian wax take?

A Brazilian wax takes 15 minutes. We aim to make this process as quick and painless as possible, while educating our guests on what they can do at home to make each visit easier and less painful.

+ What can I do to prep for my wax?

Before your wax appointment, you want to wait 2-3 weeks from the last time you shaved. This allows the hair to be at least ¼ inch in length making sure the wax has something to grab onto. Another important step is to exfoliate 1-2 days before your appointment. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and loosens up any ingrown hairs you may have.

+ How long does a wax last?

Depending on your hair cycle, a wax will last 3-4 weeks on average.

+ What kind of wax do you use?

We use a hard wax that is Vegan and Hypoallergenic making it safe for the most sensitive skin.

+ Can I still get waxed if I’m on my period??

Yes, you can still be waxed during your cycle ONLY if you are wearing a tampon.

+ Can I get a bikini or Brazilian wax if I’m pregnant?

Yes, you can absolutely get waxed if you’re pregnant, but we ask that you always check with your physician beforehand. Please be aware that due to hormonal changes in the body, you are subject to experiencing more skin sensitivity in this area. We are devoted to making this experience as comfortable as possible.

+ How often should I wax?

On average, we recommend waxing every 3-4 weeks. However, some guests may have a slower hair growth cycle which requires more time between waxing.

+ When is it unsafe to get a wax?

You must avoid waxing when using any Retinol or Accutane products. If an area has extreme breakouts, sunburn, or any other type of burn, it is best to avoid waxing.

+ Is there an age limit for bikini and Brazilian waxes?

Yes, you must be 17 or older to receive a bikini or Brazilian wax without parental consent.

+ What should I avoid after waxing?

We recommend waiting 24 hours after a wax to engage in any exercise, intercourse, tanning, or any activities that cause rubbing and sweating. This is because the hair follicles are now open and vulnerable to bacteria. Nonetheless, you can continue your normal routine the next day!

+ Can I get waxed if I’m on medication?

Antibiotics and Topical medications such as Retin-A, Differin Gel, Epiduo, etc. cause skin to be more sensitive. Waxing while on these medications, or similar, can cause skin to lift. Refer to your doctor with any questions.
